The Post-Expo 2008 is finished. In 2008 ASinteg impressed the courier, express, and parcel (CEP) market with new products again. The first class solutions as well as the distinguished exhibition stand have contributed to the successful trade-fair appearance.
Especially the presentation of return mail solutions arouses the visitor's curiosity. Here was not only the reliable system VarioMail with its two sided image recording of return mails and its sorting of interest.
The demonstration of the further return mail processing and research of person-address relationships by the use of SpectosPlus, a product of the partner Spectos, shows a complete solution for the costumers.
The demonstration of the modular double flaps sorter VarioSort 2x2 was very convincing. Its simple and economic sorting of all usual formats top the all-inclusive solution of return mail processing off.
Altogether the summary of the trade-fair appearance this year was very beneficial. The brisk consolation of the visitors shows confirmation to ASinteg for its system solutions oriented towards the postal market.
09.07.2008 | VarioSort double flaps sorter
The new double flap sorter VarioSort reduces the foot print and costs per sorting target by cascaded flaps beyond the conveyor belts.
By the modular construction the sorter can be adapted flexibly to the customers needs. So it's possible to use for example customer defined mail boxes, mail bags, pigeon holes as sorting targets.

ASinteg is for the third time at the PostLiberal and shows the latest developments. The new VarioSort is a new module of the system VarioMail. In addition to the identification and processing of items this system offers sorting of mixed mails. A certified postal scale completes our solution.

At the meanwhile 5th trade exhibition for postal service providers in Germany, ASinteg will present a new retour reason and redressing system. This solution is based on the modular postal identification system VarioMail and is dedicated to postal service providers, letter shops and mail order businesses.
The PostLiberal runs from 5. to 6. March in Ludwigshafen am Rhein. It has evolved to an important information platform for the descision makers of the postal market and is ranked as a specialized event for private postal services.

ASinteg presented their services and solutions to the international audience at the Post-Expo 2006 in Amsterdam from 10. to 12. October. The visitors were very interested in the presentation of our company.
The integration of the new high-end CCD camera system ICR890 from SICK shown by a real-time application attracted exceptional attention. The approach of the simoultaneous identification of address information, barcodes and 2D codes aroused exciting interest and led to intensive discussions with customers and partners. The option to use the demonstrated application for quality control was to pay increasing attention.
We thank all visitors at our booth and we are looking forward to interesting projects.

ASinteg has successfully integrated the high-end CCD camera system ICR890 into their postal identification system VarioMail as a first user.
VarioMail reads omnidirectional and simultaneous addresses, barcodes and 2D codes at a high belt speed. High-resolution image quality comes easy to upgrade the system with OCR and videocoding. The integration in external systems and a quick change of the components are enabled by the modular construction.
The system is qualified for a variety of applications and for use in full identification systems by upgrading with light curtain, volume measurement, weighing and sorting systems.
